NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 007255of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF THE AMERICAN HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION TRUST SERIES 2013C is the Plaintiff, and JOSE HERNANDEZ; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC.; HILARIA HERNANDEZ; LESLIE HERNANDEZ; RAQUEL HERNANDEZ; HILLSBOROUGH CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; STATE OF FLORIDA; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company F/K/A FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, a Corporation; CAPITAL ONE BANK, Successor in interest to CAPITAL ONE, FSB; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Subrogee of MAAN KALOUCH; W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation; MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION, Successor by Merger to BAY GULF CREDIT UNION; RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK; SOVEREIGN BANK; MADCILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; and OCCIDENTAL FIRE & CASUALTY CO., are the Defendants.
