NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-003653 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Alternative Loan Trust 2007-HY2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HY2, is the Plaintiff and Constantin Bursuc, Maria Bursuc, Bank of America, N.A., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Ryland Mortgage Company, an Ohio Corporation, SunCoast Lakes Single Family Homeowners Association, Inc.,, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 23 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
