NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 02, 2014, and an order rescheduling sale dated, May 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-020232-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY AS SUCCESSOR TO THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-CB4, is Plaintiff and Rosanne Manning, et al., are Defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 26th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4 Block A, of Hidden Lake, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 79, Page(s) 54 through 58, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1966 Hidden Lake Drive, Palm Harbor, FL 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
