NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 01, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-001274-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006 1 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006 1, is Plaintiff and Samuel J. Pontello, Jr., et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK “A”, ROYAL PALM HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 5861 43rd Street North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33714
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
