NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-002685-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the Dover Mortgage Capital Corporation, Grantor Trust Certificates, Series 2005-A is the Plaintiff and Jeff A. Salas; Karina A. Salas; Tiffany Arms Condominium Association, Inc.; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union fka MacDill Federal Credit Union are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT 109, BUILDING 3B, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TIFFANY ARMS GARDEN CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2652, PAGES 533 THROUGH 558, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 10 AND 11, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
