Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on April 15, 2015, in Case No.: 52-2012-CA-007673 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JESSICA SUSAN HARRIS, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 NOW KNOWN AS SCOTT WENDT, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on July 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 17, Block C, TULANE SUB-DIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 16, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
