NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-012545-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee, Plaintiff and CATALDO SAVO A/K/A JOHN SAVO, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF ELIZABETH SAVO REVOCABLE TRUST; ELIZABETH SAVO, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE ELIZABETH SAVO REVOCABLE TRUST; ET AL, are defendants. Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this July 6th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
