NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010CA014661, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD L LASKO; CYNTHIA LASKO A/K/A CYNTHIA J LASKO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 16, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, CRYSTAL ISLAND SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
