NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-002058 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, CECELIA E HONBERGER, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 15th day of July, 2015, the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
