NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-006247-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and ALICE V. IACONO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; WINSTON GATEWAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALICE V. IACONO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN TENANT 3, UNKNOWN TENANT 4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 202, BUILDING II, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINSTON GATEWAY APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3439, PAGES 658 THROUGH 762, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 97 & 98, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
