The property herein described is as follows:
Condominium Unit 4859, Building 9, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 14741, Page 2148, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or 7-6-2015; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
