YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
The following described portion of Lot 20, Block 1, BICKLEY'S LAKEWOOD SUBDIVISION, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 52, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
From a Point of Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 20, run N. 44 deg. 28'56"E., 47.72 feet; thence S. 45 deg. 37'34"E., 46.48 feet; thence S. 87 deg. 52'08" E., 20.58 feet to the South line of said Lot 20; thence S. 69 deg. 10'52" W., 37.37 feet to the most Southerly corner of said Lot 20; thence N. 76 deg. 33' 01" W., 53.79 feet to the Point of Beginning.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Peter T. Hofstra, Esquire of DeLoach & Hofstra, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 8640 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, on or before 7-6-2015, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
