THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 15, BUILDING 18A, WING A NORTHWEST, OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 41, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4559, PAGES 2171 THROUGH 2198, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
