WINDSOR HOUSE PENTHOUSE UNIT, TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 217, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 60 through 62 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4305, Page 1619, et. seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
