NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2015 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 11, 2015, both entered in Case No. 14-005094-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and XHENIS BERBERI; SUNSET POINTE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A ASA SIVILISI, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of August, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 25 OF SUNSET POINTE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGE(S) 37 THROUGH 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
