NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2015 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 11. 2015, both entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001895, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and ELKE GRIPPO; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A ANDREW GRIPPO, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of September, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 123, SUN COAST ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
