Scott, Trustee of the Leo W. Scott Trust.

Resolution vacating a portion of Marie Street, a 30 foot unnamed right-of-way and St. Louis Avenue in Futrell's Subdivision W.V., in Plat Book H1 Page 4
located in Section 11, Township 28 South, Range 15 East of the public records of Pinellas County, retaining a drainage easement over the vacated right of way known as Marie Street.
