NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-001423-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SD1, is Plaintiff and DIANE TODD BROADWATER A/K/A DIANE T. BROADWATER A/K/A DIANE BROADWATER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A LAURALEE SCHRAM, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of June, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
