Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated May 22, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 13-004917-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and JAMIE K KESELESKI, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2 AND 3, LAWRENCE PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
