NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, and entered in 09-021159-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JANIS C. ALTNER, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE MARTIN L. ALTNER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 30,2007; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR CO-TRUSTEE OF THE MARTIN L. ALTNER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 30, 2007; LAWRENCE J. FINKLE; JOETTA W. FINKLE; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 5; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 6 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, HIBISCUS GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 55-59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
