NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 13, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-009940-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMESTAR MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-6 is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINA NICKERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA NICKERSON; PRIME ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION; CAPITAL ONE BANK, F/K/A CAPITAL ONE, F.S.B.; THE BANK OF NEW YORK F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CSFB HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE TRUST SERIES 2005-1, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 29th day of June, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 13, FLORAL VILLA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION: FROM THE NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 8 AS A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE FRONT OF LOT 8, 19.00 FEET; THENCE IN A STRAIGHT LINE FROM A CORNER COMMON TO THE REAR OF LOTS 7 AND 8 NORTH 25 DEG. 39'24” EAST, 123.47 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND FROM THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 9, AS A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE FRONT OF LOT 9, 53.04 FEET; THENCE IN A STRAIGHT LINE FROM THE CORNER COMMON TO THE REAR OF LOTS 9 AND 10, NORTH 56 DEG. 01'46” EAST, 122.06 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
