NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-015656-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LAUGHTON D. WILSON; BARBARA TURNER; OMETRIAS D. LONG & ASSOCIATES P.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA TURNER; JANE DOE N/K/A JACKLYN SMITH and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 25th day of Junel, 2015 at 11:00 AM at ww.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK A, PINE RIDGE ESTATES SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
