NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-007174-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC5, is Plaintiff, and MARIE DESMANGLES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 32 Block B, BEL-AIRE WOODS SECOND ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 52, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
