RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 13, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002988-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSFB MORTGAGE PASS-THRU CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10, is Plaintiff, and CAROL EVANS A/K/A CAROL O. EVANS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 33, ROSE HILL GROVES UNIT NO. 1, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 49, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
