NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 48 2011 CA 017531 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff and ESPERANZA RONDEROS; ET.AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 am, July 8, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
