NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 16, 2008 and an Order Resetting Sale dated May 27, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-001325-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE5 is Plaintiff and MARK LOLAR; ADRIANA LOLAR; ROSEMONT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIAT LON, INC., A DISSOLVED FLORIDA CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on August 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
