NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-007101-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and HENRY WARE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HENRY WARE N/K/A VICTORIA WARE; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 7/7/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
