NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-009245-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BRENT J. TALLMAN; EMILY J. TALLMAN; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FAIRWINDS CREDIT UNION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 231, OF AVALON PARK NORTHWEST VILLAGE PHASES 2, 3 AND 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, AT PAGES 94 THROUGH 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
