NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012CA-007921-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and Debra A. Buchelt also known as Debra Buchelt, Roger Buchelt also known as Rogert S. Buchelt, Tenant # 1 also known as Sara Shear, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 30th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
