NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-001793 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-EMX6, is the Plaintiff and Shirley A. Brewer also known as Shirley Brewer, U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee to Bank of America, N.A., as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as trustee for the certificateholders of the MLMI TRUST, Mortgage Loan Assetbackedcertificates, series 2006-MLNI, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 29th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
