NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013CA-005934-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for The Certificateholders of The CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-11CB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-11CB is the Plaintiff and Cristobal J. Tuchbaum; Fort Socrum Village Homeowners Association,Inc are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, FORT SOCRUM VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
