NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, and entered in 2014CA-004988-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and GRADY RODGERS ROBINSON A/K/A GRADY R. ROBINSON N/K/A LAKEITHA ROBINSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRADY RODGERS ROBINSON A/K/A GRADY R. ROBINSON N/K/A LAKEITHA ROBINSON ; A R ROBINSON; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MARY L. STREETER; CLERK OF COURT FOR POLK COUNTY are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 10, BLOCK 5, REVISED MAP OF FERNWOOD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
