NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08 2013-CA-001026 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Frances L. Sanchez also known as Frances Sanchez, Regions Bank also known as and Successor By merger to AmSouth Bank, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 3 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
