NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-001222 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Onewest Bank N.A., is the Plaintiff and Catherine Jean Baker, Catherine Jean Baker, as trustee of the Catherine Jean Baker Inter Vivos Trust Dated July 21, 2011, The Unknown Beneficiaries of The Catherine Jean Baker Inter Vivos Trust Dated July 21, 2001, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 8 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
