NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 07, 2015, entered in Case No. 15000131CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and Jerry L. McNiel; Unknown Spouse of Jerry J. McNiel; The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of The Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Homeequity Loan Trust, Series 2007-C; Rotonda Lakes Conservation Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the September 3, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 1, ROTONDA LAKES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8 AT PAGES 22A THROUGH 22Z, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
