NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2015, entered in Case No. 14002247CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of the Deutsche Alt-A Securities, Inc. Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA4 is the Plaintiff and Daniel E. Beach; Kristine M. Beach; Unknown Spouse of Daniel E. Beach; Unknown Spouse of Kristine M. Beach; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown person or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the July 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 224, BLOCK 3302, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 44, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 54A THRU 54G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
