NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015 and an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 3, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14003057CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and MIKI CARPENTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIKI CARPENTER; SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JOANN GALATI; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of August, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 558, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2-A THROUGH 2-Z-42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
