NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 8, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-000376, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and LYNE M. SMITH; CARLEY RAE SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLEY RAE SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNE M. SMITH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 6 day of November, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 461, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 8A THROUGH 8E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 2160 BASIN STREET, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
