Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 165 FEET OF TRACT 114, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO.8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at Third Floor, Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on June 29, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
