NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count IV, dated June 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003953 of the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. and on the 29 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count IV:
