NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009CA0023040001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and E. Kay Williams a/k/a Elizabeth Kay Williams; Unknown Spouse of E. Kay Williams a/k/a Elizabeth Kay Williams, if any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 29 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK A, FOREST LAKE HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 41 THROUGH 46, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
