NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on July 1, 2015, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 404, Hawthorne at Lely Resort, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4050, Pages 0026 through 0183, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as may be amended, together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging (the “Property”).
