NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-003629 WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES MO 2006- HE6, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES MO 2006-HE6, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and MARLEY D BUNKER JR AKA MARLEY D BUNKER, JENNIFER M BUNKER AKA JENNIFER ML BUNKER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pasco, State of Florida, to wit; Lot 1700, Seven Springs Homes, Unit Seven, Phase 3, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat book 22, pages 18 and 19, public records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
