NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003714ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THOMAS SCAGLIONE A/K/A THOMAS PAUL SCAGLIONE; PLANTATION PALMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PLANTATION PALMS VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS SCAGLIONE A/K/A THOMAS PAUL SCAGLIONE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29th day of June, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 469, PLANTATION PALMS PHASE THREE B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 10-12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
