NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009022-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LARRY KOBIELNIK JR; CHRISTINA M KOBIELNIK; CITIFINANCIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY (FL), LLC; HUNTER'S RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 7/10/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
