NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001655 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 2, is Plaintiff, and DONALD A. COOPER A/K/A DONALD ALTON COOPER; ET AL., are the Defendants. The Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 6 feet of Lot 11, all of Lot 10 and the West 17 feet of Lot 9, Block 2, Blanton Lake Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page(s) 16, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; LESS and except the North 5 feet thereof for road right-of-way purposes
Property Address: 34902 Caller Avenue, Dade City, Florida 33523
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
