NOTICE is hereby given that, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 29th day of June, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F. S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 22 in Block 17 of CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 109 at Page 282, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
