NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-009899, Division D, in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Cadence Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and Robert N. Larsen; Lynette Larsen; Larsen Automotive, LLC; Velt Turner, Tenant No. 1; and Velt Turner, Tenant No. 3, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except as set forth hereinafter, on July 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at the Hillsborough County Clerk's website for electronic on-line auctions at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 in Block 19, Replat of Drew Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 70 through 95, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Property Address: 4601 N. Lois Avenue, Tampa, FL 33614 and
4103 W. Alva Street, Tampa, FL 33614.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
