NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 18, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-005785 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and PAUL CAPACETTE, JR., SUSAN L. FERNANDEZ, ELISABETH CAPACETTE AS TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST CREATED UNDER THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PAUL CAPACETTE DATED 2/1/07, PAUL CAPACETTE AKA PAUL CAPACETTE JR AS TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST CREATED UNDER THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PAUL CAPACETTE DATED 2/1/07, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF PAUL CAPACETTE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA , PRIMUS AUTOMOTIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., A NEW YORK CORPORATION DBA MAZDA AMERICAN CREDIT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, ELISABETH CAPACETTE, PAUL CAPACETTE AKA PAUL ANTHONY CAPACETTE, PAUL CAPACETTE AKA PAUL CAPACETTE JR AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PAUL CAPACETTE SR, SUSAN L. FERNANDEZ AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PAUL CAPACETTE SR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL CAPACETTE, JR. N/K/A ELISABETH CAPACETTE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN L. FERNANDEZ N/K/A JULIO FERNANDEZ, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL CAPACETTE AKA PAUL ANTHONY CAPACETTE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE TRUST CREATED UNDER THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PAUL CAPACETTE DATED 2/1/07, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against 3. The unknown heirs, devisees, creditors of The Estate of Paul Capacette, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, unknown trustees, settlers and beneficiaries of Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the Trust created under the Last Will and Testament of Paul Capacette dated 2/1/07, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as trustees, beneficiaries, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of July, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 48, Block 3, The Groves North, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 66, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
