NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-012959, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KEENA HAYWOOD; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 25th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF A RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 1 OF BENJAMIN'S 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 21 AND PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 16 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTH 125.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 60.0 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2 OF SAID RESUBDIVISION IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 16; THENCE WEST 100.0 FEET, SOUTH 60.0 FEET AND THENCE EAST 100.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THAT PART DEEDED TO THE CITY IN O.R. BOOK 2138, PAGE 31, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
